mon.itor.us Released a new version with several new features

New version of mon.itor.us with several new features was released today. And we would like to apologize for temporary unavailabilities of our service during the day caused by our upgrade.

Among newly added features are:

  • Dynamic scaling of response time axes
  • Suspended tests
  • Weekly summary e-mails
  • OpenAPI

In this new version we have included dynamic scaling of response time axes, which was requested by many of our users.

So now the axes for response times is no longer fixed with 3000 max value, but will be dynamically adjusted depending on the values of performance test.

The second major feature also requested from many of our users is availability to stop checks for a particular test if the user deleted the test that was used only by him. Starting from now, all the HTTP and PING tests when deleted from the tree and used only by the person who deleted them will be suspended(you will not receive any requests from our test servers).

Next new feature we would like to introduce is summary e-mails, which all of our sign up users will get every week. Summary e-mails will include statistics regarding all of your tests in pdf format.

And finally, starting from now you can use mon.itor.us openAPI for accessing mon.itor.us data with your account. You can get a full list of available functions together with examples by visiting our community portal http://www.monitis.org/projects/openapi/.

If you are interested in html version of provided API, you can get it from the landing page via clicking on the Open API link.
